You're not too old to learn. Just learn anything you want, but be sure it's not bad thing.
Quit drinking and smoking
Just chew some gum. Like Bieber...
Nicotine and alcohol won't help you reduce stress. They will bring diseases to you.
Help Others or volunteer
Help me do my exams.
Helping can make people happy. One of the easiest way to help others is to donate something.
Lose weight
It will make you a winner, not a loser... ( Let's just skip this sentence. I know you don't understand. )
Obesity can bring diseases. You can just find healthy food and exercise a bit.
Spend more time with family and friends
For someone this means to take care of your little brothers or sisters.
Sometimes your friends and family can cheer you up when you're not in a good mood.
